To be totally honest, I know that is is a film festival and all, but I am kind of more excited about viewing the photographs from the previous day festivities. Seriously, it is not like I am able to preview any of the movies so I love scanning the red carpet photos and candids. I am sure that there are lots of people that go to just enjoy the buzz of the atmosphere, don't have passes for any events or hope to hustle their way through once they arrive. Actually, I know for a fact this happens. But anyways, I came across an archive of photos documenting the festival from the 40s - 70s.
